One huge trait humans have is effort. This trait affects learning in a good way. For example, if the AI assigns a hard assignment and the students don’t want to do it because it’s too hard the AI would do nothing and just walk away. But if it were an actual teacher they would put in the effort to help the kid understand the assignment and help him do it.
I think how they are using online tools and AI right now to teach is good. The teacher usually teaches you how to do the assignment and you have to turn it in using the online tools we have access to. Also it enhances learning because if you don’t know a word you’re able to look it up or if you misspelled a word the AI would usually auto correct it for you.
In my opinion education will be totally different in the future. Classes would probably be fully online and be able to do assignments on your own time. Maybe teachers would just be able to help if help is needed and post assignments. But I think it will be the same for about another 25 years.

    1. Some human traits that a computer cannot replicate are empathy, simplicity of the interface, and information storage capability. These traits affect a student’s learning negatively because a robot does not have the physical ability to keep a student motivated to keep working, all they do is go through a lesson, but they don’t make sure if we are paying attention. A lot of students need help from teachers in between lessons to explain furthermore, while a computer will just explain what it is being commanded to say.

    2. Some ways I think Al could be used in a classroom that might enhance learning might be by adding Al’s lessons as an extra form of learning, for example, a teacher can work through their regular schedules and give students extra credit by reviewing a lesson with Al. Another way could be that a teacher can go through the lesson Al is providing and answer questions the students may have to help them understand the lesson.

    3. Some ways I think education will change in the future is by removing textbooks and providing e-books. I also think that in the future students will use programs that provide their strengths and weaknesses and with that students will have the capability to grow their weaknesses through lessons and assignments, instead of finding out at the end of a class after taking a final. This will enhance the maturity in intelligence for each student to learn at their own pace.

    1. Some human traits that computers do not have according to the article are that computers aren’t the same as humans and since some kids learn best from being able to see somebody do the work the computers are not able to provide that, another thing that computers don’t have is that computers do not have emotions, they cannot show feelings and the article also talks about how kinda and teens tend to pay more attentions and work harder when they can talk to or relate with the teacher and since computers cant do that it might just make kids feel less cared for and lead them to not care about school.
    2. Some ways that Al can help out in the classroom could be helping the students out for example once the teacher is done with a specific lesson and some students still don’t understand, Al can come around and answer some question the students might have and help them out with examples, and then the teacher can come back and check in helping students with whatever Al could not help, this way the teacher is able to help out every student individually instead of helping students in groups.
3.I strongly believe that schools in the future will incorporate technology like Al in their classes, because frankly Al is amazing and can be very resourceful. I think eventually every student will end up having an Al with them at all times, the same way kinds now get i pads and Chromebooks. This way it will be like every kid will have an answering machine with them 24/7 to answer any questions they might have. I choose to see Al as something helpful even though it might cause some people to lose their jobs.

    1. Human traits that computers can not replicate is artificial intelligence , mental state or action. A computer would not know how to experience things like a human. Sure they could work 100 times faster . But they don´t know what is it like to have emotions . It could be useful but a lot of people prefer to work in a classroom setting . These traits affect learning because students may get distracted and not put as much effort.
    2. AI could be useful for teachers because teachers’ jobs easier and more efficient. Because its easier to grade and to add assignments .Its efficient for students because web pages are easily accessible for research and other helpful techniques and strategies . It can also be helpful for students who need a personal tutor to assist them when they need help with an assignment.
    3. Ways I think education will change in the future, is that we will be doing all learning online . Instead of flash drives or paper to store their work ,students will be using cloud storage . And I think every student will have access to their own tutor. Also i think books will not be used because everything will be easier to access online.

    1. Some human traits that a computer cannot replicate are: emotions, dedication and motivation. Emotions are feelings we as humans show our way of expression and artificial intelligence cannot deal with a student who needs that extra attention if they’re having an “off day”. I say dedication is one because if an AI were to be in the classroom, it’s because it’s programmed to be. Whereas a teacher, they love their job so they try their best to educate students with their own lessons and their way of teaching with maybe a few life lessons. Motivation is another human trait that a computer cannot replicate because students always need that push to boost up their confidence a bit and get what needs to be done. Students should feel that they can do whatever is possible to achieve their goals. A computer can send those messages like “Keep it up” or “You can do this”, but it won’t be the same as coming from their teachers.
    2. A few ways that AI can enhance learning is that it can provide information if research needs to be done in class. Also, if the class were to be stuck on a problem or needs a new way to learn something, they can easily have AI there to help them out. AI can help out as many students as possible, whereas a teacher can just help out one. Since everyone has a different way of learning, a teacher would have to have a one-on-one to help the student; there’s only one of them and a bigger number of students in the classroom.
    3. In the future, I feel that education needs to be properly handled. What I mean is that they can’t control the students to learn a certain way or control them at all. They should try to analyze the students to learn their strengths and weaknesses to get them a better way of learning the content. Every student learns differently. With technology growing, they should have all the ways that a student can learn. If a student does not learn in a specific way, they should try to learn from how the student can easily work rather than to have them struggle and have their grades suffer.

    1. Some human traits that computers or AI are unable to have are emotions. Humans are able to have various emotions which is something that any artificial intelligence program can never have. Students have days where they go through various situations where their moods can be switched. An AI will not be able to handle the student and wont know how to react or deal with them or even in a way comfort them.
    2. Some ways that an AI can help the classroom, students, and teachers are through technology itself. Many classrooms are enforcing technology on their daily agendas ad an AI can help them out with this. Some students or teachers can have trouble learning about websites to help their students out and an AI can lend a helping hand. With this extra help, students can increase their knowledge on the subject and in technology without too much struggle.
    3. Education is only going to be implementing more technology as time goes by. I think that this can be a good thing if used right. Instead of making assignments online they should strictly be in person only. It gives a better dynamic to the class and students can focus more on the subject. Instead of having textbooks or books, schools should be able to provide tablets with all the books that they need already on it digital. Each student should be assigned a tablet and be held responsible for it. It would b easier to access and take around whenever you need it.

    1. Some human traits that computers can’t replicate are experience, emotion, and knowledge. If a student were to have emotional problems, an AI won’t know how to comfort the students or try to understand how to help them. Of course compared to a teacher who would know to handle the situation better than an AI. These traits affect learning because it might become a problem for the student in class and they won’t pay attention to the lesson or the work.
    2. Some ways that AI could be used in a classroom that might enhance learning for students are websites like khan academy that teachers give their students to help them. With websites like these students can understand what’s their strongest subject and what’s their weakness in school. That way students can understand where they need to improve.
    3. Some ways education can change in the future could be beside having people as tutors but also AI to help out students. Especially since there are a lot of students that stay after school to get help on their homework but there’s not enough tutors for every student. Instead of having to carry textbooks or use them in class students would have an AI.

    1. A computer cannot replicate human emotions and therefore cannot show compassion or sympathy to the students in the classroom. This affects learning because it is these emotions that cause some students to have a bad day or even week which makes it harder for them to learn. AI wouldn’t be able to understand this or accommodate so that the student gets a chance to learn effectively.
    2. Artificial Intelligence could be used to help students understand more when there is a large class. Instead of having to cut down these large classes and hire more teachers, AI can be placed in these larger classes so that everybody has a fair chance of learning and understanding the topic. AI could also be used in the classroom to help the teachers with grading and inputting them into the system so the teacher has more time to plan other assignments.
    3. Education will definitely be different in the future because of artificial intelligence and technology. There will be more online resources used to help both the teachers and students. I think that there will be either little to no use of paper and everything will be submitted online which will help the environment. Overall education with the help of AI in the future will improve everyone’s lives.

    1. A human trait that an AI cannot replicate is the emotion that a teacher puts into teaching and helping their students throughout all of the daily lessons. A big reason why lots of students are eager to go to class to learn is because teachers know how to make lessons interesting for their students. A computer does not have the ability to put as much emotion into a lesson like a teacher is able to. Although it is very useful I still prefer to learn in a classroom.
    2. I think AI could be used in classrooms for any research that has to be done. Books aren’t used as much as they used to be used back then because of all the new technology that was introduced. With just one click of a button you can find out so much different information on only one topic that you didn’t know about before. Using computers for lessons at home during everything that is currently going on right now has shown us that it could come in handy when it is needed.
    3. One way that I think education will change in the future is definitely no more books for research. Everything is available through a computer screen including textbooks that you are usually provided with in school. Another way that I feel education would change is attendance. When a student is sick they usually skip school and sometimes miss an important lesson. Zoom has been very popular during COVID-19 and I feel like schools might start incorporating Zoom for those students that need it when they’re sick.

1 Some ways that Al can be used in a classroom is assisting to the teachers on help on not know a answer or also help a students on a research paper also in college they should have one of them in every class so they could help the professor on students because some class there are like to 100 to 150 students in a class and the professors couldn’t keep up with every students.
2.Some human traits that a computer replicate cannot do is listen to their students in the article it say that Al cannot experience the things as a teacher like it say i been there in Al cannot do that and also seeing the human the Al cannot see him but only in images it has on their computers the mind of them
3.Well for me i they should been new whiteboards they could talk too and write on and install laptops on the tables but also enough space for write notes or etc and also headphones so they could listen to music or when read a book you could also us it when the teachers gives a book to read

1.Some human traits that a computer cannot replicate is context and intuition. If a student has a mental breakdown and is in an emotional state, an AI will not be able to give support to the student as it lacks intuition whereas a teacher or even another human being can use their intuition to create some type of solution for the suffering student. These traits affect learning because the AI wouldn’t be able to fix this problem and almost ignoring it, affecting the student’s learning ability at such an emotional state.
2.Some ways that I think an AI can be used in a classroom that might enhance learning is in the form of websites such as Khan Academy. The AI of Khan Academy successfully detects the student’s strengths and weaknesses and then adjust to the student. This enhances learning because the student will be learning at their own level, while also understanding what needs to be learned.
    3. Some ways that education might change in the future is that AI will appear in the form of teacher assistants. They will not become the teacher, but they will be there to help students when the teacher is not able to. An example is college classes. Some college classes are filled with 100 students and the teacher cannot attend to all. The AI will be able to help these students as well as relieve some stress for the teacher.

    1. One is the visual aspect of learning. The article states that humans learn through seeing someone else do the task. Students won’t be able to learn as efficiently through AI because of this reason. Another is that AI can’t inspire us. Teachers show us how learning is beneficial which leads to goals students set (ie., career paths) whereas AI can’t give that same inspiration.
    2. Some ways AI can make learning better is by being able to help every student. An example is the teacher who built his own TA to help him manage over 400 students and for the teacher to focus on more complex student problems. This will help improve classrooms everywhere if the teacher could teach what needed to be taught and give everyone that chance to learn.
    3. I fully believe that, in the future, schools will all be online and teachers will only be needed as “tutors”. Many assignments are already online as it is and many teachers heavily rely on chromebooks for assignments and in-class lessons. Technology is growing and with that there is the possibility of someone inventing a form of AI to teach as a teacher and interact with students the way a teacher would.
